It is important to us that our photos are of the highest quality. However, there may be slight variations in colour which is beyond our control. Our aim is not to present any false information.
All sales are final at banmarkrental.com. If you are in doubt about a product, kindly contact a customer care representative for additional information.​

Payment Terms

When payment transaction is completed we will follow up with an email confirming payments and notifying you of your shipping details, outlining date of shipping and estimated date of arrival​

Return Policy
All items damaged during shipping, or found to be defective will be replaced at a cost borne by Banmarkrentals.com. If we are responsible for an incorrect item sent, we will pay for the return shipping cost.

Custom Duties (If Applicable)
We are not responsible for custom duties imposed on any items purchased from us. All goods being bought into a country is subject to custom duties if they are deem to be a commercial nature. Goods bought for personal use or as gifts are much less likely to incur duties.

Returns   

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

If the incorrect item/s were shipped by our error.
Goods damage in transit.
If the item/s shipped are defective.
Banmark Rental & Cambio will honor all shipping expenses that are as a result of the above causes, and your order will be reshipped to you.
If there are any queries regarding your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, for us to rectify the problem promptly.

Banmark Rental & Cambio does not have any control over the operations of the shipper and as such, we will not accept any refund request if goods purchased are delivered late.

Please check the product you are ordering before finalizing payment. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order as all sales are final.
